What is the minimum that I need to add a product?

You should have at least the following ready to enter onto the system:

  • Product Title – name of your product
  • Price – normal product price
  • Category – review the main menu and decide on where you want to place your product - the menu will define the Main Category and Sub-Category of your product.

For example, if your product is a toy then you would want to list your product in Toys which is found under Health & Activities.

  • At least one (1) image of your product, plus a few more if you want to add some extra images.

How do I edit a product?

1. When you login, just have to go Dashboard -> Products

2. Select the Action Button to edit the correct product.

How do I add Community Button to my Product?

Want to add a Community Badge to your product? At the moment we have 3 communities that you can choose from, if you wish to add a new one then please let us know:

1. When you login, just have to go Dashboard -> Products and edit your product.

2. Edit your product, go to Attributes:

a) Select “Community”

b) Search & select an attribute …

c) Make sure its visible on the page

How do I add my product to the Food Type filter?

If your product is in the category Groceries & Shopping, then you might want to make sure that your product can be shown in the Food Type filter that is used by shoppers.

At the moment we have 3 Food Types, if you wish to add a new one then please let us know:

  • Gluten Free
  • Organic
  • Vegan

To add a filter to your product:

1. When you login, just have to go Dashboard -> Products and edit your product.

2. Edit your product, go to Attributes:

a) Select “Food Type”

b) Search & select an attribute …

c) Make sure its visible on the page

How do I make sure that my product is in the correct category?

Use the main menu to check that your product is in the correct category/sub-category.

If it is not in the correct category:

1. When you login, just have to go Dashboard -> Products and edit your product.

2. Change the category to the correct one:

How do I put my product on sale?

1. When you login, just have to go Dashboard -> Products and edit your product.

2. Add your Sale Price, and add Schedule if you have an end-date - the Sale Price will not be shown after this date:

Selecting this allows you to add from/to dates
and a counter will be added to your product

3. Save and then view your product to make sure it looks correct.
