Terms & Conditions for Shoppers

By placing an order with FindLokal you are accepting the following Terms and Conditions.

Username and password

FindLokal considers registration information private, and maintains that the safekeeping of your username and password are your responsibility. We are not liable for any unauthorised use of your username and password.

Privacy Policy

FindLokal is dedicated to keeping your details private and therefore any personal information we collect is for business and shipping use only and is kept strictly confidential. We do not sell or share your personal details to third parties.

If you don’t want us to collect or process your personal information for business and shipping use, you shouldn’t use FindLokal. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies or practices of any of our members.

We require all account owners to be at least 18 years of age. Minors under 18 years of age and at least 13 years of age are permitted to use the Services only if they have permission and direct supervision by the owner of the account. Children under age 13 are not permitted to use the Services. You are responsible for any and all account activity conducted by a minor on your account.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payments via our secure merchant facility: bank transfer to our Virtual Accounts in Mandiri, BNI, PermataBank and BRI;  and the e-wallets OVO and LinkAja. 

You can also make a bank transfer to our BCA Bank but this is outside of our merchant facility and is therefore a manual process whereby you will have to provide proof of payment within 24hours of your order, after this time your order will be automatically cancelled.

Product Disclaimer

With respect to products sold on the site, the stores and FindLokal make no representations or warranties, either expressed or implied, of any kind, except as expressly stated herein. In no event shall the stores (their directors, officers, employees and representatives) nor FindLokal (its directors, officers, employees and representatives) be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages related to the product sold.

All stores aim to include in the product list up-to-date pictures of the products. At times, the pictures of the products on the product list may differ from the products actually supplied to you. The stores and FindLokal do not warrant the accuracy of the information contained in the product list and recommends that you read the Labels on Goods carefully before consumption.

Pricing Policy

All stores set their own prices in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) for all purchases within Indonesia.


We will inform both stores and shoppers of each transaction/order, or of other information pertaining to payments, by email or through FindLokal Notifications tool.

Delivery/Shipping Policy

At the moment delivery is only for Bali. Each store has their own delivery/shipping policy and can update the default delivery/shipping policy of 1 business day to suit their business and products. 

Each store also has their own delivery/shipping fees that will vary according to the post code of their store. Delivery/shipping fees are calculated at the time of ordering, and are based on the post code of the delivery address entered at the time of ordering.

Appointment of as Limited Collection Agent for Stores

Each store appoints FindLokal as its agent for the limited purpose of receiving, holding, and settling payments to the shopper. FindLokal will settle payments that are actually received by FindLokal to each store, less any amounts owed to FindLokal.

Out of Stocks

The stores will endeavor to ensure that all goods ordered by you are supplied to you. However, please be aware that their stocks can fluctuate throughout the day due to sales demand, so an item indicated as “in stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. Unfortunately, stores cannot process back-orders, so in this event, they will make every effort to contact you by email or phone immediately to notify you of the lead time.

In this circumstance the stores will also offer you various options including:

  • cancel the order in return for a full refund;
  • accept a substitute product (price differences will be calculated).

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders are processed according to the policy detailed by each store, and there may only be a brief period of time during which you may change or cancel an order. 

If you should make a mistake when ordering, please contact the store immediately, and if your order has not yet been dispatched then they will try to accommodate your request.

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant facility and this process will incur irreversible fees. If you wish to cancel an order, a full refund will be issued, minus any transaction and/or other applicable fees incurred by FindLokal and the store due to the cancellation of your order.

Returning Goods

Products can be returned if they are damaged, or does not match the description of what you ordered. The store must be contacted via email within 48 hours of receiving your goods and provided with photo evidence for verification. You will be issued a return address of where to send your goods, and they must be received back within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date, in the condition they originally arrived in, to be eligible for either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price.

Goods returned to stores because of change of mind must be unused and in perfect re-sellable condition (including product packaging, instructions etc.) otherwise the store will not be able to refund you. Items must be returned within (14) days of the purchase date. If you instigate a return due to change of mind, you will be responsible for all associated costs due to returning the item. Sale goods are non-returnable unless faulty.


Stores agree to resolve any disputes directly with a buyer in accordance with our Store Policy and Terms of Use. In the event that a dispute is escalated to FindLokal Support Team, FindLokal reserves the right to issue a refund to a buyer and recoup such funds from the seller if a transaction is found to be in violation of FindLokal policies.


This Agreement, its Terms and Conditions and the Use of this Site shall be governed by the laws in existence in Indonesia. You agree that any claim relating to this website and our service can only be dealt with in a court in the province of Bali, Indonesia.


The terms of this Agreement remain effective even if terminated by either party. We reserve the right to suspend or deny, in our sole discretion, your access to all or any portion of this website with or without notice, subject to applicable law. You agree that any termination of your access to the website may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that we may immediately deactivate or delete your registration and all related information and files under your registration and bar any further access to such files or the website. Further, you agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to this website.
